We begin by capturing the physical geometry using high-precision 3D scanning. Complex surfaces and critically dimensions are recorded accurately to create a digital foundation.
The scanned data is converted into a clean, editable CAD model. We rebuild surfaces and features to ensure manufacturability and design intent.
Final models are verified against the original part for accuracy. You receive production-ready CAD files, drawings, or STL formats as required.
